四大天王叹早茶 Morning Tea

每一次到怡保，我必定抓紧机会去“叹早茶”。

用“叹早茶”，来形容广东人的喝早茶文化，真是再传神不过了。“叹”字，在广东话有从容写意、享受其中的意思。对广东人来说，早茶，不仅仅是一份早餐，更多的时候，它是一种忙里偷闲的生活情趣，也是维系感情的最佳场合。

一盅茶，两件点心，便可以边品茶果腹，边聊个天南地北，消磨一整个早上。这就是广东人口中的“一盅两件，人生一乐”！

怡保市内有不下10家的点心茶楼，素质可算是国内数一数二的。位于梁森南路的明阁茶楼，是其中一个我经常叹早茶的地方。在明阁多达50多种的点心当中，要数“四大天王”— 虾饺、烧卖、糯米鸡和叉烧包，最受食客青睐。

来到明阁，我最怕听到虾饺卖完了。单看虾饺玲珑精致的卖相，就足以让人口水直流。透过雪白晶莹的外皮，就可以隐约看到里面红白相间的虾肉内陷，色泽诱人味蕾，吃起来更是不糟不粉。虾肉爽脆有弹性，味如羔蟹般鲜甜可口。往往点了三笼，都觉得意犹未尽。

在四大天王当中，叉烧包的形象最为性感，外皮爆口总是微微地露出内馅，挑逗性十足。瞧一眼，唾液就溢满嘴里了。肥瘦適中、肉香四溢的叉烧内馅，往往流露着热乎乎的馅汁，豪放地召唤着每一寸味蕾。

除了四大天王，芝麻糊也是我的心头好。滋补养颜的芝麻糊每一口都细腻绵滑，齿颊留香。半手工制作的过程耗时费力，精选的黑芝麻在炒到香味扑鼻之后，还要加水用石臼磨成浆，才下锅煮至浓稠香醇。

 “有想过为什么店里天天都顾客盈门？”我边吃边问85岁的店主。
 
“我们的点心超过80%都是手工制作的，每一天现做现蒸现吃，绝不隔夜。” 他不假思索、引以为豪地说。

明阁的点心胜在小巧精致，符合了点心的哲学，让人在一顿餐之内，就能品尝多种不同种类和口味的食物。

叉烧包的外皮爆口总是微微地露出内馅，形象性感，非常挑逗味蕾。肥瘦適中、肉香四溢的叉烧内馅，流露着热乎乎的馅汁。

 腊肠、香菇、鸡肉纷纷一头裁进去咸香扑鼻的糯米饭中，让糯米鸡吃起来每一口都软糯香滑，入味入心。

 尽管明阁的点心种类多达50多种，然而店家依然坚持用手工制作大部分的点心。

为了避免点心冷掉，明阁茶楼并没有使用点心车来推销点心，而是让食客即点、即蒸，以最快的速度捧到食客面前。

传统的喝茶，本该以茶为主，茶食为副，可是现在却颠倒过来。喝早茶，与其说是喝茶，不如说是吃点心。明阁的点心种类琳琅满目，看了难免有一种眼馋肚饱的感觉，似乎每一款都想点来品尝。

 年届85的店主告诉我：广东人的社交关系，如同滚水一冲，阖上盖， 就全部总和在茶壶之中了。

    第一次游览这个网站,第一个地方吸引我就是点心. 然后把地址抄下,等下一次要上去吉打的时候顺便转进怡保. 很迫不期待要尝试这些点心, 在这个星期一我终于尝试到了. 点心很精致, 味道还好啦. 我最喜欢是芝麻糊因为不会很甜. 我想下次再上去吉打的时候,会到那尝试其他点心吧!

    When to this shop yesterday. Business was reallygood. Have to wait near the occupied table to make sure u get a place to sit. Eventually we got a place. Manage to place our order. Taste was ok but portioning was really small. Not value for money. Minimum charge per plate of din sum is RM2.50. This will be my 1st and the last time going there.
    I can get better dim sum with bigger portion and being charge for the same amount of money in Ipoh. Further more no need to queue for a place to sit……

    Haha,i went there twice already,the restaurant is really quit complicated to go in, but when you reach there you will shock when seeing the crowded dim sum restaurant at 6am..haha..horror ya

    But the char Siew Bau over there you must try it..it is worth for the tough path…haha

    Really, ming kok dim sum is getting pricey now!! the portion is getting smaller n smaller~~ .. on the same road there, u can hav other choices too.. wait till Foo Shan opening in opposite.. but i guess will not be cheap too.. -ipoh guy

    This restaurant is famous for the portion being small which opens in the morning & night for supper. Opposite this Ming Court is also another dim sum restaurant which serves bigger portion & price is reasonable and taste good too. They are famous for the ‘big pao’ which is equivalent to Cheras ‘yip chee mei dai pao’.
    Tried Foo Shan when I was in Ipoh last time and their taste wasn’t as good as last time. Even the ‘nor mai kai’ was not fully cooked and not so tasty anymore.
    For direction to Ming Court, ask directions to Excelsior Hotel and the restaurant is just behind this hotel. If you know the coach company Alisan, restaurant is just opposite Alisan.

    我也曾经特地进IPOH就为了吃这个点心。。
    还得到一张“牛肉干”。。所以呢别以为七早八早没警察哦， IPOH的警察可是很早上班的！！
    不过喜欢他的系统化。。种类也很多，和几位朋友一起来吃最开心不过，但是就输在不能久坐，真正的“餤茶”。。。
    本人还是比较喜欢Penang的点心。。

    Ipoh dimsum is great but my favourite is still at Jalan Kuchai Lama, further-up from McD (opposite a seafood restaurant)..price is slightly cheaper than Ipoh and the prawns are huge!

    I m from Ipoh but staying in KL now.

    我乘了八个小时的车程来到明阁, 尝试一下阿贤所介绍的点心, 果然不错. 味道鲜甜, 尤其是烧卖. 价钱公道.
    我们一点多到达, 强手的点心都快卖光了, 真遗憾!!!!!!!!!!

    年头时，为了带爸去看中医而常到怡保。从新加坡搭8小时车到Lumut, 等爸妈从邦咯岛过来后就直奔怡保。认识明阁也是中医师介绍的。第一次是全家出动，吃得不亦乐乎。真的太棒了。第二次去吃富山点心，可能明阁先入为主，结果只吃了几道又倒回明阁。爸还笑我们呢！
    本来又约爸5月23日再到明阁大块朵颐，遗憾的是爸在5月17日与世长辞了，非常非常的突然。
    如果再到明阁，那里有太多的回忆。想着爸吃着点心喝着茶的样子，太难忘了。
    所以，有好东西，要和最亲的人分享。别一等再等，因为有些事不宜迟，有些人不能等。切记！

    Gerrard Yew > actually not opposite a seafood restaurant but next to it. Opposite is a condo lah. Another one to try in Kuchai Lama is before the Mc D. Behind the KK kopitiam …. opposite the alliance bank. Or if you know happy garden can try the happy garden wai sek kai… there got 2 dim sum place both also not bad and value for money.

    Anyway this ipoh place go b4 and not value for money. taste also so so only… nothing special…. portion also small and expensive for the portion. if portion small then need to be cheaper lah… below rm2.00 is logic if small plate.

    Hi!SWLow 依我所知, 他的营业时间是早上6点到中午1点多, 星期四休息. 楼上也设有法聚舍, 大概才三个月, 是个环境极悠闲,宁静的小型图书馆, 不妨上去走走.
