周末烧肉病毒 Saturday Night Roasted Pork Fever

在彭亨州的山城林明，传统滋味的美食佳肴可不少，但是听说真正精彩的美食饷宴，却要等到夜幕降临之际，而且时间不偏不倚，就是在晚上8点之后 。更让人难以置信的是，一个星期７天，东主唯有在星期六晚上，才会劈柴起火、一展厨艺！

难怪在周末晚上迟至8、9点了，竟然还有那么多人聚集在其住家的后院。而大家似乎都满怀期待，一场美食重头戏即将上演！

“传统烧猪肉”—在最传统的砖窑内用木柴烧烤的烧猪肉，香味扑鼻，皮脆肉嫩，金黄酥脆的外皮一嚼即碎，浓郁的肉香味马上就在嘴里化开来，久久都无法散去。

由于林明的居民这十几年来逐渐向外迁移，人口不多，东主唯有选择在周末较多游子返乡的时候，才售卖烧猪肉。因此，食客也就唯有在星期六晚上8点，才有机会品尝到新鲜出炉，热腾腾、香喷喷的烧猪肉。

要烧烤出烧猪肉的那一身脆皮并不简单，腌制入味的全猪，要烧烤至少两个多小时才能出炉，在这个过程中，还要不时改变火候，用针锥皮面，让肉的油脂慢慢渗入表皮，才能烧出猪皮像是遍布气泡、绽开了裂纹般酥脆的烧猪肉，让人吃出肥与瘦、脂肪与肉的美妙结合。

老板平日的工作就是宰杀猪只，于是店里用的猪只都是他自己精选，特别适合烧烤的。 lembing-005sb.jpg

林明曾经是世界上最大的地底锡矿场，在全盛时期，这里是彭亨州内经济最繁荣兴旺的地方。在1970年代，林明的人口曾经多达 一万多人，而且大部分居民都是锡矿公司的雇员。而潘宇定经营的烧猪肉也已经走过了50多年的历史，许多林明的矿工都曾经是他的忠实顧客。

    we watch this series last night and found that Ling Ming is an interesting place to go! it would be nice to spend a 2D1N (Sat & Sun) trip there where you can enjoy the roasted pork on Sat night and a morning hiking the next day morning! do you have any recomandation place to stay (motel/hotel) there?

    我要大力介绍的是那天我姐点了好几样菜色，其中黄金豆腐经过店长介绍方知此豆腐非彼豆腐，都是经过独门秘方特别处理而且只此一家别无分号。想回都流口水。
    第二是sambal petai鱼/虾。这道菜简直就不像是素食，包你上瘾。
    第三是招牌菜。世界名片。。。店长说是採用鲍鱼菇特别料理。。。赞！赞！赞！还有芝士云吞，哗！！！你自己试吧！！

    Been there recently to try out the Exist Kuantan toll, instead of turning right to Kuantan you need to turn left to Sg. Lembing, go straight all the way (about 20 to 30 minutes drive) you will reach Sg. Lembing town.
