阿头肉骨茶 感情用事 (Seafood Bah Kut Teh)
一天只卖两、三个小时就卖完的肉骨茶,你试过吗?阿头海鲜肉骨茶的生意也未免好得太离谱了,早上7点开始营业,到了九点半,摊主阿头竟然胆敢宣告“肉骨茶卖完了!”
问他秘诀在哪里?他说:“要用心、用感情!”
别的不说,单是选材,摊主便已经算得上是用尽感情、费尽心思了。每一天清晨,他都会亲自到菜市场采购当天的海鲜,由于坚持不新鲜不买,因此他每一天的海鲜食材都稍有不同,买到什么,就煮什么,原则只有一个:要够新鲜!
就连买猪肉,摊主也特别挑精拣肥。在一番精挑细选之后,他还会即场拿起菜刀,亲自动手处理猪肉,除瘀去筋,势必要把猪肉都处理得干干净净、面容“姣好”之后,才肯下锅烹煮。
除了选材,摊主对每一个烹煮的过程细节都绝不敷衍了事,譬如熬煮汤头所用的药材香料必需斤两十足,材料下锅也得先后有序,先由药材香料垫底,再加入猪肠、猪肚和炸香的鸡脚,最后才放肉骨和调味料。
经过大约一个半小时的烹煮之后,出炉的汤头浓中带清,稠薄正好,香气健脾开胃,叫人巴不得马上就把它喝个精光。
由于上门的客人太多了,阿头每每开摊做生意,就如同和时间打战一样,忙得不可开交。然而对待每一锅海鲜肉骨茶,他都“全情投入”,一丝不苟。先是把肉骨茶汤舀入砂锅,添加小辣椒和姜去腥,然后加入花蟹和鱼肉烹煮片刻,才加入大虾、鱼鳔和事先熬煮的肉骨,上桌前还要添加糯米黄酒提味。
大虾、花蟹、鱼肉和鱼鳔等海鲜的粉红姿色,让传统肉骨茶更添风采。添加了小辣椒和黄酒的汤头,成功去了腥、调了味,汤头浓醇鲜甜,飘逸着淡淡的酒香味,更让舌头多了一份刺激呛辣的味觉享受,重点是它完全没有半点腥味,叫人百喝不腻,非常开胃。

当初摊主会想到要在肉骨茶中加入海鲜纯属偶然,全因为有一位食客买了海鲜,原想请另一个炒果条摊主帮忙下锅炒,可是刚巧炒果条摊主休息,于是便转而要求肉骨茶摊主煮一锅“加料”的海鲜肉骨茶。就因为一个食客的要求,原本只卖传统肉骨茶的摊主抱着试一试也无妨的心态,开始在10年前卖起了海鲜肉骨茶,没想到海鲜肉骨茶竟然后来居上,成为了他的招牌菜。
经过摊主亲手处理的肉骨,每一块都大小恰好,卖相均匀“美观”。
阿头海鲜肉骨茶一大清早就已经高朋满座, 人气火红。
为了坚持让顾客品尝到他们长久以来信任的好滋味,阿头不得不样样事都亲力亲为, 由于他深感肉的切法会影响卖相和口感,所以他自己拿起刀,当起了“屠夫”,亲自处理猪肉。

This Bak Kut Teh is just behind my house, my parents go there to eat almost every morning. I used to eat there too, until I decided to stop eating pork. My parents are regular customers there, I think for almost 15 years or so.

要介绍你在槟城北海Raja Uda直走到尾江夏堂后面有一间坤泰海鲜店,他们的东西好好吃哦!上星期与同事13人叫了九样菜,其中一道叫做“四大天王”里头有小龙虾和螃蟹(一人一只),Lala,sotong,大龙虾一只。不用放味精就非常鲜甜,[现在一边写口水就已经快流出来]一共才九百多元!真的好便宜哦,不过可不能告诉老板,怕他下次就涨价啊!!!哈哈!还有忘了告诉你,那边的情调好好哦!服务又好。

Anyone who’s not familiar but wanted to try this seafood Bah Kut Teh, you can use the Federal Highway as this is the simplest direction to this shop. Head to Banting-direction once you pass the Klang River bridge. Go under the Banting-direction fly over, which is on your left and make a 3′o clock turn at the roundabout. You can see a used car dealer on your left while you’re making the 3 o’clock turn. After the 3 o’ clock turn, you can see there’s a “Guan Yin Temple” on your right. Go straight and you’ll come to a traffic light (You can see a Mobile pump sation in front of you). Make a left turn and go straight. Keep straight once you come to the second traffic light, where there’s a Esso pump station on your right. Turn to your right when you come to the thrid traffic light, you’ll see there’s a row of shop facing the main road. The seafood Bah Kut Teh is at the corner of these shops which is near to the residential area. Please let me know if anyone needs further assist. Thanks

I’m the regular customer of the restaurant. For me, the price is reasonable and the taste of the bak ku teh is excellent. The shop likes Kopi tam I never expects them to service as fine dinning restaurant so the service is average. I don’t agree with taster. Seafood food price is always fluctuating and all the price of daily product is increasing too.

食物到了,但饭10分钟后还没上桌,
要self service~~
价钱不便宜,
bak kut teh,一个位RM8、
海鲜(鱼肉和鲜尤罢了),一个位RM20、
饭,薄薄一层,RM1。
为了要品尝axian介绍的美食bak kut teh,
不惜在星期天起个超早,驾了45分钟的车程,
到达时已是7.30am。。
落单叫了3层排骨、脚腕、肚和肠+海鲜 (2位肉骨茶+1位海鲜,共两锅)
但上桌时,却是
颈肉、猪争、两小段肠、鸡脚(特别交待不要的)、鱼肉还有鲜尤。
好可惜的是,竟然没有
3层排骨、脚腕、猪肚、大虾、鱼鳔还有花蟹。(简直货不对版!!!)
结论是:
价钱不便宜,礼貌欠佳,服务态度不好,不注重顾客要求。
I just went last Saturday, there is only fish with no prawn, believe the prawn is not fresh enough for the owner to sell….
Taste is different compare to normal bahkuteh… its nice i would say…. esp when the soup mix with the rice… yummy… I even order extra rice….

I’m not sure how the owner’s attitude. But the important things is to provide good service to customers in order to sustain the business. Customers are important sources for food business, without customers, the business will be affected. But the funny thing is still got so many people go there. Because of recommendation from Axian?
oh… my gosh……. unbelievable……. b4 8am….. it’s already full house. u know what, today i went with my family from KL to try out what’s the special of this bak kut teh especially SEAFOOD BAK KUT TEH…… when we reach there, we wait more than an hour & just ate for 10 minutes. AFTER WAIT FOR AN HOUR becuase wait for the boss to settle the bill also take a long long time but then finally we got the table. when we called for order, the TAKE ORDER GAL maybe is the taukeh daughter just took order from the 4 table around us. when we call her, she just don’t want to bother us. NEVERMIND, we make an order from the MOTHER of that gal. as what, our food served even faster than the rest of table & when we finished ate, they only start to ate. when we make an order, it just left a few selection only & as for the seafood, it was ONLY FISH, it’s called SEAFOOD bak kut teh?????so we end up just order for the normal bak kut teh. the 1st impression of the bak kut teh for us was not so bad but when taste u know….. the bak kut teh was TASTELESS !!!!!!!! HEY…… impossible the soup base was tasteless…….. what we think is maybe because of a lot of guest coming and he don’t have enough soup, so he just add more water inside & mix with the soup. the first bite of the pork, no bak kut teh taste at all the only taste is the original pork taste.
ok… let me tell u what insde the claypot of bak kut teh for 3 persons:-
3 pcs of intestines
2 pcs of stomach
1 pc od button mushroom
3 pcs of lettuce
1 pork leg
we spend RM32.00 for
1 pot of 3 persons bak kut teh
4 plates of rice
1 pkt of char wong
***this is the most interesting part, the next table had order for seafood bak kut teh that only fish fillet in the bak kut teh, where’s the rest of seafood such as prawn, sotong, flowercrab& etc ?????? u know what the taukeh gal answer the guests, she said maybe he forgot to add the other seafood & what u want should said because now they are writing down the order so have to write cleary not like normal day as they just shout out only the order. BUT this’s not an excuse!!!!!! HAHA……
***another part is the other table, they haven’t get the table, they can order their food already, what the UNFAIR to other customers….. we sit for a long time, she don’t want to take an order but take an order from the person who just stand there & wait for their sit. HAHAHA….. what an EMBARASSING ATTITUDE…… maybe because of LENG CHAI…….!!!!!! HAHAHA….. XP

my family n i went there yesterday morning about 7.30am, and it is full house, v manage to get a big round table and waited for order, who knows no ppl entertain us at all!! v were kept stopping the server whu take orders but they were all like ‘okok, wait-wait’ n no return…they even took orders from tables that juz sitted than us whu waited for more than 15 mins…
in d end, v got d order, but when the seafood bak kut teh came..v found only pork intestines, chicken legs, 1 pc button mushroom, pork chunks, slices of fish meats and 2 pcs of squid. The taste may consider special bacause they add in CHILI PADI, but the special is only with the cili padi, except cili padi, the base is tasteless, it is so clear…bacause v hav a kid, daddy specially went to take a bowl of soup without cili padi, and yes…it proved that the soup is tasteless….it is so thin n clear that v believed it’s added with water. it doesn’t have the bak kut teh taste and the sticky thick texture at all!!! and wat happen when v were eating, the Staff (believed to be the boss wife and daughter) scold 1 of the satff ACROSS 3 tables…wow!! the sound was like so damn loud and it is really annoying!! v were eating dat time…how can the staff shout infront of us while guest are around? OHya!! when the bak kut the reach, v have to do self service for the cutleries and the rice….how sad… when v pay the bill, mama asked the boss how much is the seafood becauese v ordered mixed, and guess wat? the boss wife said..’OH, THIS I DUNNO!!’ wow..if she dunno..how she calculate the price? when all of us was like ?? on our face, she said ‘RM22″ which v believed she simply crap…doesn’t it should hav an ACTUAL PRICE? or atleast a range of price? i am really disappointed with the food and service they provide…really disappointed…and i wun…never go back to there anymore….

i am a student in diploma culinary arts, whu love to eat, cook and i learned FnB!! yes, ah tau is a kopitiam style reataurant, it is casual dining concept, but service is a basic knowledge for all food and beverage industries..even mamak staff will not shout at others over few tables. I dun expect them to serve as fine dining, but they must atleast respect the customers right? The staff attitudes there are really annoying, lanci and disappoint me…they gave me a feel that, they’re not welcoming us….and unfortunately, they dun even noe wat is their BASIC knowledge in contacting with customers….

AHxian, i really loved to watch ur series…but sumtimes, i dun understand, y when u’re on tv, the food they served u was like better quality, bigger potion, but when v turn up in the restaurant, the price is same, but potion or ingredient might b lesser. for instance, the pork u showed in ur photo is really nice…but…d pork ah tau served is really lausy…dun say i’m late…i was there b4 8am!!
really hope other restaurant wun do likedis on tv, will not show food that they’re not really serving for others….or dis will disappoint us…

I totally agreed with what you said, their customer service worst and foods are sucks. I do not why AXIAN still can recommend this type of lousy restaurant to us.
I went there with 6 of my KL friends on yesterday, reach there on 8:30pm, so many people are waiting, and we manage to get a table after waiting for more than half and hour.
After order our bak kut teh, they serve the dish quite fast. After we eat for 10 minutes, the taukeh daugther said they serve wrongly from our order, suppose the dish is for next table. The dish is for eight, and we only order for six. Our first spoon of soup, it is sucks, no taste at all. I ask the taukeh wife, she said “yameh, i dont know lar”, then she go off with some unhappy face.
Total bill came up to RM113, which is totally our of our expection. We rate it 2* out of 10*.
Conclution: 货不对版(food different from order), 价钱不便宜(expensive), 礼貌欠佳(bad attitue),服务态度不好(bad customer service),不注重顾客要求(no customer satisfaction)!!!!!
P.S to AXIAN, NEXT TIME PLEASE DONT RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF RESTAURANT, ESLE BEWARE YOUR PROGRAM AUDIENCE RATING.

Dear Ah Xian;
First of all, i woud like to say welldone to your show, its really a nice show and effort to introduce and promote local foods.
But the reason why i write this comment is about “Ah Tau Seafood Bak Kut Teh”. I recently just came back from U.S to visit my parents who stay in KL after 4 year. So when i came back, my parent told me about your show and willing to bring to try out the “popular” seafood bak kut teh as they know i love Bak Kut Teh.
I wasn’t trying to put down Ah Tau or any business, since im managing a restaurant in U.S. But as a business owner of food service field, the most important is Taste and Hospitality.
After i tried Ah Tau yesterday, im sorry to say that they didnt fulfilled any requirement of a basic food restaurant. So let me break it down to details of why even myself who growed up as Malaysian that familiar with local kopitiam also think that Ah Tau need to improve themselve if they want to stay in business:-
1. Hygene/cleaniness
employees let customer RE-USE teacup that was previously used by the table before without washing it or change new teacup set. Yes im only talking about teacup because as chinese, we know that TEA-POT should keep re-use to make the tea taste stronger.
2. Customer services
VERY POOR. Employees, shouting and screaming load infront of customer and not enough employee to attent customers.
3. Taste
Tastless !!!. As i mentioned as above, i haven’t been back to Malaysia for 4 years and i have not have any Bak Kut Teh in U.S so my taste-bud toward Bak Kut Teh should be less than before. After the first spoon taste of soup, im very dissapointed with the taste.
As im in restaurant field as well, i totally agree with some of the above comments that the soup base was very weak till almost tasteless and it is like added water into the original soup base.
4. Price
Price also is a factor which will keep or kick away customer. I understand that seafood cost are very dependable to the season and supplies by supplier but i dare to say that Ah Tau should have atleast a price range or a fixed price for seafood bak kut teh since my relative are fisherman in Klang and i know the price. Believed me it’s not that tough to have a fixed price to customer so that all customer know how much they going to spent.
As a customer, im willing to spend hundred or thousand of ringgit and drive long distance to eat a good quality tasteful food. I even few times drove from KL straight down to Singapore just because i want to eat food like satay mihun, egg tart, etc not because im stupid, or crazy but for a simple reason:- Good Food.
Yam rice Bak Kut Teh (tangkak), Pork Satay (Muar), Chicken Rice ball (Malacca), Dim-sum (cheras, sg besi, concorde KL), Chai-pow at Shin Lok Kopitiam (Jeram, Klang) are places that i can easily name out which i still can feel the taste of it after 4 year i’m out of Malaysia.

i am a bak kut teh fanatic and i can tell you this is one of the best BKT i have ever tried. the sweet seafood flavor mixed with the sweetness of pork is simply to die for. i even had a chance to chat with the boss “ah tau” after my meal when the last of the crowd was leaving. This guy really has a passion for his work….he explained that he will only buy fresh seafood and pork to be served to his customers, i was so happy to hear that…unlike some shops that has nice packaging and beautiful set up but food sucks. i find it dissapointing that some customers are badmouthing “ah tau” for his services or lack of services. if you all want a nicer environment with aircond, nice menus, clean environment…then i suggest u go to the mall to eat…..I mean to say u all do not have taste. Please don’t vent your anger because you have to wait. Maybe i should suggest to “Ah Tau” to stop doin business at his current spot and open up a huge, clean, air cond restaurant and have other people cook for him and charge extra. then maybe this few complaining people will be happier. What makes this BKT taste so wonderful is partly credited to the environment, the people making it and the true BKT lovers. “Ah Tau” should stay true to his trade….

I totally agreed wih BKT expert! Due to it’s the style of the kopitiam in Malaysia, dont hope you compare it with others country. Somemore different ppl got different type of taste. Some ppl prefer more sweet taste or some ppl prefer more herbal taste…etc Or else if every ppl got the same taste, those stall will be either crowded or no ppl attend at all.

I totally agreed with you that the places you ate are indeed good in terms of taste. In fact, different places have different cooking value of BKT, like Sg Buluh – herbal type, PJ old town – kicap type and Klang – sticky type. Even Johor are exceptionally different taste.

I don’t know is his BKT really that SUPER or really that TASTELESS. One thing for sure the boss Ah Tao is a mean fellow. he used to go buy seafood frm the market same with my mom. And once my mom caught the seafood stall cheated on the weight. But Ah Tao quickly insist NO NO NO and try to cover for the stall owner. I think whatever that extra must go into his pocket for his seafood BKT. Anyway, it’s confirmed cause my mom weight again at home n it’s really less 100g.

I have tried Ah Tou Bah kut teh for more than 10 years, what I can say is the food is excellence, should try the Mix Seafood + Bah Kut Teh especially. Each individual bah kut teh stalls have their own flavor or cook style of Bah Kut teh, I agree with “no name” should not personally attack the owner if you have bad experience with it, and expecially after Axian recommend his food to all Astro viewer. I have experience with their services, their services may not suits everyone, but this is how they carried out to local people there, and is their first time met with more than expected customer, it is difficult for them to provide more, extra spaces tables and chairs to his customer in such a short time.
Furthurmore, I know, heard from my mum and other customers, his food never kept over night unlike others, this is just his small business, he just would like to deliver his good food to his customer, that is why as shown as the show, he honestly tell his customer no more bah kut teh selling, rather than provide left over night food to his customer, not snobbishly do not want sell his food customer. Another thing, from his show I can see from how he selects the raw food, the chinese herbs to how he delivered to his customer. Unlikes others, my recipes ingredient are “secret”.
Agree with said “weak manamgement’, but if he ever with business mindset with inclusive good service, environment and etc I think you might ended up with paying absolutely expensive price like other luxury seafood restaurant price, with inclusive service charge and gst charge. Regular customer like us would be very very dissapointed, no more kopitiam style bah kut teh, and Ah tou ownself cook, cut and deliver to his customer.
I suggest try during over week days!, it may not be as squashy and you will feel more comfortable with it.
May not suits everyone taste but it keep satisfy with the local customer, and manage to survive for many years, this has proven the food quality met the customer expectation. I will still support him no matter how gaziillion bad comments he have.

i think everyone knows how is the service like in hawker or kopitiam style places. all of us should know wat to expect. we dont expect these operators to know marketing or a double-degree holder or even read. we are not talking about franchising mcD here. well, like it or not, they still do not have an excuse for inconsistent service and food quality. maybe because of the tv program, so much is being emphasized on the quality from selection in the wet-market to end product on the table. wat get planted in our mind is chef wif ‘heart’ and close community feel. despite the taste which i agree it depends on individual, this community feel or friendly gesture dont really exist. Or maybe they are only friendly to the people they know, their neighbors and tv host. for first timers, it really depends on your luck which is not the way of running a business. taste wise is quite subjective, i can only say that the soup is not top-notch and quite diluted. Or again maybe it depends on our luck, weekdays may be a better choice. i dont know.
i have no disrespect for ‘ah tau’. he juz need to improve in managing his shop a more systematic manner. no need a degree to do that. with the price they are charging and full house most of the time, im sure they can afford to hire some part timers as far as manpower is concern. i hope someone especially those who claimed to know the noble him.. will convey what is written in this blog to him. i dont think all accusations here were made up. his product just need to be consistent!!! unless he is snobbish, he may not even want to bother since he already have enough customers or advertisements. most likely he is not, no harm making changes or improvements.
After watching ah xian movie and i bring my family go to test the seafood immediately. Omg..it’s really unexpected too delicious. Thanks Ah xian! I will bring my friend to take the seafood again this week and i will intorudce it too all my friends around.
Hello i’m from Kelantan. I have tried seafood bak ku teh this morning. The price was reasonable and the taste was special. i have ordered 4 person BKT with seafood. Wah…it is very delicious!!!after that i found that it is not enough for me so i order another 2 person with seafood BKT. The total amount that i paid was RM 95.

Hello everyone~ No choice have to voice something here.. 1st in place this is My OPPINION, my comment to the owner.
i went to this bkt b4, seriously i’m disappointed at it. Not to mention the services, the basic foods is also out of the expectation. I point this as my 1st factor becoz i saw SOMEONE HERE, asking ppl about “do u know what is bak kut teh” … we are customer, we eat countless time of this foods, and we stay near to many famous bkt restorant, i believe and high in confident that i can tell ppl what is bak kut teh means to be.
To me there is 2 type so far i encounter, one is the type abit more towards black soya sos thickiness and the other more on the herbs taste. Both i feel good. But the day when i 1st try the soup of this restorant, i disappointed by the taste of it. Tasteless (this is when u order a bowl of meatless soup), then i try on the soup with the meat, nice!! but then only i realise becoz it is special, special on adding cili padi to a tasteless soup.
The fish is nice, but not as i tot and see in the tv, here’s one of the point i would like to giv any owner of a restorant, plz do not advertise ur foods with untrue prices or quatities, this is a type of cheating. If u do not have the ingredient on that day, u can tell ur customer politely, let them choose to continue eat ur cooking or not, but not taking orders blindly and giv out the foods not according to what it shud be.
Back to the point of service, i never expect anything special on this, but the normal service for a simple restorant is needed. I do not expect to serve like some 5 star or even 1 star restorant, but the normal order listing, order sequence, serving efficiency, accuracy is vital. Serve me something which i never order, i can eat it and not to pay for it, becoz this is not what i order. Respect ur customer.
I put hope in this restorant, i will consider coming back in a few months time, hopefully everything will change (to a better not worse), looking forward into it.

Customers are always right, u do not run a business without customer. See what they require and improve from there. Oder have too wait and even billing also have to wait for around 20 minutes. The soup is tasteless. This is the most important point for a good pot of ba kut teh. Very dissapointed. I wíll not go there anymore.
RM96 for 6 people portion but only 4 people was eating the seafood bak ku teh. for me it is reasonable. i can eat seafood+ pork+tea+rice(no service charge and gov tax) then i not need eat afternoon….hahah….
RM96 for 4 person consuming, 96/4=24.
per person is charging RM24 for seafood (to be consider is prawn and crab included), pork, 1 or 2 plates of rice and chinese tea (basically a small pot of chinese tea can make up to 6 rounds, not more than that-to be share for 4 person)…ok if dun needed to eat lunch on that dat, lets consider it as lunch…but…RM24 for a lunch, izit it too expensive?

then went agian on last Thurs, leaving my hs at 6am, i managed to eat tis time!!!! yeahhh!!! was so delicious and v even finish all the soup completely!!! LOVE it!!

after watching the show, and reading what everyone said, i decided to go for a try. I was wondering why are there 2 extreme comments on this Ah Tau BKT. My first 2 weekend trips I ended up with nothing to eat, too many customers. My 3rd attempt was on a weekday…alas, i had the chance to taste this controversial BKT. Don’t mean to be rude to other people leaving comments here, but i feel that the nasty comments are the result of these customers waiting too long and getting frustrated. While i was eating the BKT, i was simply oblivious to my surrounding. So good! I don’t even care what’s going on around me. I was sweating and enjoying the BKT. Power! i have since went back 3 times with different friends and we just can’t have enough of it. Thank you AXIAN for discovering this place. This dish is simple, tasty and very unique…really an acquired taste. Once again, thanks to Astro and Axian for this fantastic recommendation. To others, pls ignore the crazy comments people are leaving here. Just go taste the BKT. you won’t regret it. Worth every penny and the long wait and the long drive. Thank you. Axian only recommend u good food, not ask you to condemn people.

i’m leaving from Kepong area and it’s my 1st Trip 2 klang, so b a little bit slow drive. i did stopped by and ask 4 direction oso got it wrong!! finally i arrived from the port direction (not Jln barat) was about 830am oredi!!! ppl r marking on tables, but i left.
2nd trip, i ordered 1 seafood pot-fish head, prawn & crab (4adults) & i pot of original favor. billed RM54.00 (including 4 rice & 1 pot of tea for 4).
overall, i would say, i have tried something difference and its worth to try!! no doubt, the service is bit bad, but pls do consider the location tat v travel to (expected no view, no service). but i got wut i order in complete.
we even felt tat the portion is bit small but GAMGAM HO!!

This is just a BKT stall situated in a small town. I don’t know why some of u act like big & professional eater & willing to comdemn such a bad comment. I suspect those are really a sub-standard & selfish minded people. Sorry, it’s shall be LCLY.
Food is something difficult to judge either it’s good or bad. Food is someting really special & funny item especially for chinese where it may not suit everybody tast & like & budget. It u like it & affordable, it’s worthful. If someone dislike the taste, FOC also become useless.
If u are talking about service, be aware that you are not in well organize restaurant, it’s just BKT shop & those r the local style / culture. U can find it anywhere in Malysia, take it or leave it, we need time to for them to change.
Friend, good thing do not come easy. If u not willing to wake up a little earliear to eat something you wanted for is too bad & please don’t go. However, u never think about those worker have to wake up much earlier then u to prepare the extra foods b4 u come.

I never try this restaurant before, but in common sense to tell you that, one of the restaurant is full of people, that mean “most” of the people will eat there, 100 people out of 10 people maybe dont like it. Ah Xian recommended this shop is based on votes results.
Place unlike those high class level restaurant. you aren’t paying for high price. services is definitely cannot compare. again, their business so good until full house. it mean Ah xian recommended a right shop to public.
I’m not stand in anyone side, feel unfair to Ah xian after recommended the shop you guys still complaint.
“If you feel the shop is in bad quality services, please ignore.” & “everyone’s taste is different”
very nice seafood BKT.. love it.. now got open another one franchise at bukit tinggi 2 there.. air con but very expensive..still prefer the original one.. hehe..
