想念巴厘岛SPA (Bali Spa)

哗，我觉得自己真的是上瘾了！

一踏入SPA房的瞬间，环境美得让人窒息，房间是半露天的，按摩床摆放在室内，露天的部分则有一个白色浴缸。 浴缸的上方有一个半透明顶蓬，透过浴缸前方摇曳的帘子，就可以看到外头绿油油的稻田。

在这个世界上最早的 SPA 发源地之一—巴厘岛做 SPA， 实在大呼过瘾，难怪我会越做，越上瘾！


回来之后，最近更是 “SPA瘾”上身, 老想回去做它10次、8次，让身心灵彻底重生！

你做过类似的SPA疗程吗？

首先是古方全身按摩，接下来是海盐SCRUB，然后就是泡花瓣浴，全程大约1小时45分钟。。。我正在回想整个疗程，想着想着，又情不自禁地订了飞往巴厘岛的机票。哈哈！

而价钱也绝对让人有重生的感觉哦，才RM55 （Rp.110 000） !!!

是不是感觉自己重生了？

以下是店家提供的部分疗程和价格：

Sea Salt Scrub ( 1hour 45 minute)
After one-hour massage then sea salt scrub and essential oil scrubbed your body to clean the skin, remove dead skin and impurities, then finishes by soaking warm sea salt water with full of aromatic flowers.

Japanese Lulur ( 1 hour 45 minute )
17th. century Japanese royal treatment。After a one-hour massage, your body is scrubbed with lulur (turmeric, sandal wood, and rice powder) to remove dead skin, an exfoliation of yoghurt to eliminate toxin, and ends soaking aromatic flower bath.

Milk Bath (1 hour 45 minute )
Queen Cleopatra secret for beauty in longevity。First enjoy one-hour massage, and your body treated with a milk base exfoliating scrub, finally immerse yourself by soaking in bathtub scented with milk & flowers.

Tropical Fruit Bath ( 1hour 30 minute )
This treatment begin with a hour massage the followed with blend fresh papaya apply to the body as mask then cover with plastic sheet and leave for 15 minutes. Finishes by soaking in aromatic flowers bath.

Honey Bath Treatment ( 1hour )
This treatment start with a hour massage using pure of traditional honey mixed with squeeze if time then honey body scrub, scrubbed your body, plastic sheet cover your body by smearing your body with honey, Finishes by soaking in aromatic flower bath.

    我去年七月也到过巴厘岛游玩，也享受过那里的lulur spa，但今天还在回味着，真的是一级的享受！！还想在去呢~

    RM55?? is very very cheap! last time i’d been BALI also, the tour guide toke us to a very lousy hotel n said the SPA is very good N cheap…
    guys.. the SPA price is RM110 per pax!!

    after take a compare with axian’s SPA trip, i again felt i was been cheated

    在open air 的地方做spa，不冷吗？上回到ubud 做spa时，房间可望到庭院的人造山水， 好冷哦！泡澡的水也冷的特别快！ 不过， 过程是很过瘾的！

    haha..i just back from Bali end January..Really feel like dont wan to come back M’sia..Our agent/driver brought us to Ubud spa as well cause Kuta one is expensive compare with Ubud.

    Ours package is Rp320,000 at Serona Spa. We took the whole package which including Balinese massage, honey, green tea scrub, yogurt at ur whole body, after that with flower bath, facial, hair treatment, pedicure & medicure+nail painting. This price was bargain cause we have 6 girls doing together..haha..
    Its took us about 4~6 hrs cause waiting for the nail painting..

    For guy without pedicure & medicure is charged Rp275,000

    Shiok…i will planning to Bali again when air asia got the zero fare promotion again…Yahoooo!

    the food you suggested at taiping lang restaurant is nothing special.
    just like normal economy rice. not worth for the price.
