福建暹 酱心独具 (Hokkien Siam Thai Seafood)
在无酱不欢的泰国菜里，酱料往往不只是配料，而是主料。
泰国厨师都坚持，每一种菜肴都要有自身的酱料酱汁。在商业环境里，这种坚持尽管不容易，但是由福建暹人经营的清迈餐厅，却可谓“酱”心独具，每一种酱料都讲究原汁原味。
拼盘的辣椒酱、暹猪手的点酱、椰酱虾的酱汁、鱼肉的酱料等等，都完全不同。只要尝一口，你绝对会认同，店家的酱料和市场上的一般货色不可同日而语，毕竟他们依然使用传统石臼来舂碎酱料食材，所以单从卖相便不难看出，酱料中源自于人手捣碎的一份质感。
泰式辣椒酱拼盘（Nam Phrik Kapee）是泰国平民百姓的家常便菜，各式各样的配料如鸡蛋、鱼、蔬菜和豆类等等，把一个精心雕刻的南瓜盅团团围住。南瓜盅内装有店家独门制作的泰国酱料，味道酸甜辛辣，不同的的食材蘸着同一种酱料，衍生出不同的味觉与口感享受。
“暹猪手”不只酱料特别，菜名也有巧思，味道更绝对能和“原装”德国咸猪手分庭抗礼。事先用多种香料熬煮到“入心入肺”的猪手，还要用旺火炸至金黄色，外皮酥脆得连装盘剪开来时，都会发出“咔嚓、咔嚓”的声音，可是内里的肉汁依旧丰富，软糯腴美，连皮带肉蘸着泰式酱料啃咬咀嚼，奇香无比。
泰式酸辣鱼（Gaeng Sohm Plah）则是用清蒸石甲鱼淋上由大葱、小辣椒、枫柑叶和野姜花炒成的酸辣酱汁，每吃一口，味蕾都仿佛沐浴在酸不溜丢的酱汁里，酸酸甜甜的香气“荡气回肠”，让人胃口顿开。
清迈餐厅，不在清迈，却是位于吉兰丹的小泰国—古林村。在这家看似建立在椰风蕉雨中的餐厅里用餐，很容易让人误以为自己置身于泰国。
亚答叶铺盖的屋顶、深褐色的柱子木板 、昏黄怀旧的灯光，再加上不时轰隆隆经过的火车，实在叫人陶醉在一派纯朴的热带原野风光。
原来店家的太太就是福建暹人。福建暹指的就是福建人和泰国暹人通婚的后裔，他们的福建话带有浓厚的泰国口音，老一辈的福建暹人一般都不懂得讲中文，可是却操得一口流利的泰语和马来话。

泰式辣椒酱拼盘（Nam Phrik Kapee）“出身清寒”，原本是泰国平民百姓的家常便菜，如今已经摇身一变成为了餐厅里的精致菜肴，尤其是这个算得上精雕细镂的南瓜盅，更让人见识到厨师的用心。
“椰酱虾”，采用椰心和多种香料烹煮而成的椰酱汁，椰香四溢，遇上肚皮半开的新鲜大虾，姿色引人入胜，椰心的独有脂香和鲜虾的甜美滋味，搭配得天衣无缝。
这便是每一颗椰树上仅有的一个椰心。
“椰浆波罗蜜甜品”是店里的人气甜品，椰肉、泰国亚答子、煎堆和波罗蜜，搭配椰香扑鼻的椰浆汁，入口香滑清凉，甜而不腻，吃完一碗还意犹未尽。
店家自创的“火山鸡”，普普通通的烤鸡，加入了玫瑰露，一点火便有了焦点。
“硕莪虫和蜜蜂蛹拼盘“，你敢吃吗？一边是炸得金黄香酥的硕莪虫，一边是加入小辣椒炒得呛辣的蜜蜂蛹，虽然卖相骇人，不怎么友善，却是店里最受欢迎的菜色之一，吃起来咸香酥脆，肯定是下酒好菜。

实际上不觉得很远, 因为当年每个月我到达吉兰丹, 我的晚餐肯定是在这一带, 当年这一家价钱非常公道.
这家的味道很有泰国风味, 我最近到泰国的宋卡”砂美拉” 海边品赏泰国海鲜料厘跟这家是大同小异.

You have good taste. There is Hainan Chicken rice shop in Penang with good taste. The Shop is called Fatty Loh Chicken Rice. Do not be mistaken with Fetty Loh, managed by a competitor. The words Fatty & Fetty are spelled differently just to confuse the customers.
Fatty Loh chicken rice originally was located at Fettes Road wet market during the late 90s. Due development the shop was relocated at upper Tanjong Tokong road near the Chinese Swimming club and then moved to Cantonment Road. Recently it moved again to Nagore Place at Jalan Nagore. When the Chicken Rice was at the Fettes Road junction the Chicken Rice was very popular & crowded during lunch time & frequently patronized by both locals and people outside the town. Today, the Chicken Rice shop serve the same delicious Hainanese Chicken Rice at Jalan Nagore, but the crowd has lessened. I’m a regular customer and regularly have Chicken Rice dinner with my family there. Apart from the chicken rice, some side orders are also available e.g. “Kiam Chai Boay”, “Too Ka Chor”, “Taugeh salted fish” & etc…… The kopi “O” ice is also very nice too. The price is reasonable. If the food is expensive I will not recommend. Please visit the shop with your camera crews to help the shop to its glory. I just wish to see Fatty Loh Chicken Rice rise again. Thank you, Axian.

Well, Im a Kelantanese actually and currently staying near to the Restaurant~ Hohoho~ How lucky am I, right? hehe~
Ya, the food are extremely yummy plus.. no matter how full house are~ the services and the speed of serving food are super duper fast~ hehehe~
Once I went to the restaurant with my family~ As usual we ordered food when we reached there, right? Guess what, after we ordered our food, I turned my back and wanted to bring my hp n send msg to my fren. Hoho~ I wonder when the food that we ordered adi being served on my table~ See.. how fast it was right?

Yesterday i went to this restaurant with my friend who work in Kelantan.The food really delicious,tasty and quite spicy.Actually i was come from K.L but my friend told me that Kelantan have one restaurant who introduced by AXIAN.

Restaurant Chiangmai is one of my favourite too. Over the years i have always brought friends who come and visit me to this place. The food is good especially the “roasted pork leg”. However i find the taste of tom yam a bit inconsistent…..sometimes veli veli sourish!
“Pandan leave chicken” is also good and the “mango jump” too!. However, the prices have increased so much over the years. For those who are health conscious, remind them to reduce the use of msg when ordering..
Another info, there are a number of thai restaurants in this small area, so pick your choice!
I will try the food when I’m free….

i myself is from kelantan. To those especially who dont really know kelantan so much,pls spend your time travel to kelantan and try it cuisines. There are plenty of local Thai restaurants which provide various of delicacies. Of coz price is reasonable…!!

You guys should come and pay a visit to Kelantan… lots of nice food & temple here.
You can find bunch of Thai restaurants in Wakaf bharu & Tumpat area. Famous one will be Chiang mai, Bangkok, Thai chin, Xiao la jiao.
And PCB belut, I used to eat their pat phet belut…

I just came back from the east coast and visited this restaurant. After some searching, we reached the restaurant at 5pm and they told us “6PM”, so we waiting at the carpark. After waiting for an hour, our food is ready on the table. We tried their fried asparagus, phad phed belut, kerabu mango, roast pork leg, & otak-otak. All very good but spicy especially the phad phed belut.
We find that the roast port leg was a bit expensive though it’s nice – RM45 for 2 persons’ portion. The pork skin was so crunchy….
Otak-Otak was good..it has big chunk of red snapper meats, and many other seafood..
Kerabu mango was great too…the taste is just right…not too sour nor spicy…
The taste of the fried asparagus was good too….hehe
We went there on 21st May 09. But we feel the price is very expensive. the 暹猪手 cost RM45 and steam fish cost also RM45, vege is RM8. the reasonable price only the vege.
I bought old ppl along, so they found the 暹猪手 skin is very hard.
Actually that place are quite a lot of restaurants and this ching mai restaurant is very deep deep inside.
I recommend you all can have dinner in the Nasi Dagang restaurant.
The nasi dagang recommend by xian is very very good. We took our breakfast there for 2 days.
清邁餐廳最好介紹的菜是pandan chicken,pla keng som,mu chiang mai,
kho mu yang,udang santan,yam manggo,tom yam seafood,Nam Phrik Kapee,kangkung sambal,kha mu,
sotong neang mea nau,belut phat phet,四大天王,donut udang。實在太好吃了。“mou tak teng” 一級棒。有機會就去那裡吃吃看吧！
