    想纠正一下,文昌鸡是吃榕树籽而肥嫩的,不是吃榕树籽腐烂生的虫长大的.文昌鸡的确要文昌县养的才正料,別县吃的的确是相差颇远.
    曾吃过芙蓉公市买回去煮的”文昌鸡”(听说是柔佛养的),味道和口感都胜过甘榜鸡,但沒有海南文昌的那么肥嫩.
    煮海南鸡和饭不太难学,但是调配辣椒点料相当考功夫.

    幸亏有仔细去看，不然“纠正”反而变成“误导”。。。

    Hiro,乐园海南鸡饭就在雪兰莪ampang大街，要早去很快卖完，车通常停路边。如果你回去ampang瓤豆腐就很容易找到。

    so so lah. soup is good. chicken boleh tahan lah. rice not so good. tauge also not good. maybe u all can try “tauge chicken rice” in sungai buloh. best in town….even better than ipoh wan.
