    I tried on 6th June, as mentioned by Jason, the fish without fishy smell and taste good, it’s recommended to try. The price not so epensive. By 5pm, the restaurant packed with Jason’s supporters.

    on last sunday, I had joined my brother and sister (five families) went to the restaraunt, but unfortunetely We’d missed it as we couldn’t find the place, we tried to called up but nobody answer the phone, after 3pm we called again then the boss said that they already closed for rest and will open at 5.30pm. The attitute of the boss was very manners and also make apologised to us for the unanswering phone. such as this kind of services, we will plan to go there again .

    Wanted to tried this place and call for reservation (Sat)

    Answered by a lady and was told that not allow to make reservation during week end. I asked further if this is the case how to go about it if I still plan to come over. I was replied in a non professional way, ” if you want to come you can try or you can come another day”.

    She gave me an impression that they are not worry about business, may be after being shown in the TV nation wide, their business has became so good.

    They have forgotten, whether the business is good or not, being polite to customer is the most important rule in all service industries.

    I would like to suggest the owner should employ a professional person to handle telephone calls to avoid any further damage to attract new customers to visit the place.

    Never go and visit the restaurant during the 1st month after the show is aired. You will probably end up with a big disappointment & long queue.

    Yes. I eat at that place quite often, but after Ah Xian’s show I seldom visit because of the crowds.

    The boss is very friendly. All his dishes are good.

    B4 advertise at TV their business is already really good, crowded everyday. Now after shown in TV, the crowd more worst, I went on last weekend need more longer time for Q, but luckily the foods still tasty and price still maintain at the moment.
    Now Xian program help bringing more new customers, hope the quality of foods & service will not drop…..will tell the boss in our next visit.

    We r working at Shah Alam & regular to take lunch there, the shop normally so pack aledi, now lagi teruk after shown at tv, that day we went but have to change other shop makan due to our short lunch break.
    ah doi…..because of ah xian program, my colleagues & i got problem to dining there now. Anyway, we still like to watch ah xian program.

    i went there last saturday night. waited almost 1 hour to get a table then another 45 mintunes for the food….but i really appreciated the food and service. The boss and workers were friendly & energetic. i didn’t see anyone complaint there as most of the people knew the situation were very crowded & still under control by the boss & workers. After tasted the food, we lagi enjoy. By then we paid the bills, i found that it is very cheap with that quality. Unfortunately, my wife not feeling well after the dinner bcoz over eating. hehe….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

    It really a great place to eat. But unfortunately for us, we found something extra in our dishes but the boss appologias for their mistake and plan to give us a treat. But we understand that everyone make mistake therefore we insisted on paying anyway cause we really had a great food there. Keep up the good work.

    On last Sunday, i with my family went there for celebrate father’s day.As my father would like to try the fish as recommended.
    Well, we do not make any reservation.So we have to take number and wait almost 30min standing near the counter. After we have a table seated and ordered the foods, we still have to wait another 30mins.
    The foods as we ordered is quite nice, especially the steam fish. The fish is very fresh as published. The boss and the worker are friendly too. The only comment is short of workers. And i believe for those who make telephone call, and nobody pick up just because i saw there is a lady standby in the counter intend not to pick up the line. Until the boss passing by and he pick up the line by himself!!
    However, is worth to try the foods there and the price is quite reasonable!

    I brought my family there today for dinner. As this is the time we go to Klang, my wife actually called the mobile number and spoke to Danny. He is so kind to let us have an reservation even though it is a weekend after promising to keep the table until 5.30pm.
    I reached Klang at 5pm and called up the same mobile number. The gentleman guided me to the restaurant patiently even though I had overshot the direction.
    He even called me back to ensure I arrived at the restaurant! Indeed a very good example of excellent customer service!!!!
    Ordered our dishes since we are the first table on the day. Then Danny came in and greet us. Very good manner and rapport.
    By 6pm we almost finised our food, my phone rang again and Danny want to spoke to my wife since she made a reservation – what a good reminder! We waved at each other while talking on the phone and told him we enjoyed the foods!
    Reasonably priced – we order 2 fish dishes, a superior soup clams, 2 other veges, with drinks – RM100 still have change to pay toll back to Kepong!!!
    Definitely will come again – for the good food and top class customer experience !!!

    I just tried on Tues 30/6/2009 ard 6.30pm. 3 Dishes for 2 pax:-

    1. Sting Ray with fried “chai poh” + ginger (RM18) -9/10
    2. Lala soup (RM12) – 8/10
    3. a vege (RM6) – 6/10

    Good & fast service, the handsome boss is there to serve the customer..Finish eating by 7.15pm, will definitely visit the outlet again.
