人家说“穷在街头无人问，富在深山有远亲”，可是站在这家王清发海鲜的店前，我不得不说：近在大街无人问，远在深巷竟然还有那么多粉丝呢！

其实王清发海鲜就座落在一个乡村的住宅区内，店前的空地宽广，可是一到用餐时间，这里就摇身一变成为一个大型的停车场了。尽管隐居在偏僻的小巷内，可是你看看，店里总是人声鼎沸，生意火红。

尽管招牌写着“王清发海鲜”，可是顾客却用福建话把它叫成“椰脚”，说是要到“椰脚”吃“鸡仔”，所谓的鸡仔正是童子鸡。

说得也是，环顾四周，这里确实是椰树林立，绿草如茵，难怪熟客都管它叫椰脚。

在椰影婆裟、凉风阵阵的环境中，沐浴在浓浓的乡土气息里，品尝多道店家的特色美食如：童子鸡、白灼八爪鱼、潮州蒸鱼头、鲜虾薄饼、炒米粉、炒啦啦、咖喱螃蟹等等，犹如找回了一种返朴归真的悠闲感觉。

《香炸童子鸡》—用蚝油、薯粉、麻油、砂糖和盐腌制了一天一夜的童子鸡，下锅炸得酥脆熟透之后，皮脆肉鲜，甘香美味，吃的时候，用手又撕又剥又折又吮，能把它吃得干干净净的，本身就是一种享受了。

身骄肉贵的童子鸡肉嫩骨幼， 直接动手吃，有一种畅快淋漓的原始风味，而且不知不觉地，很快就吃到骨头去，连骨头也不放过！

自从1993年创办的王清发海鲜当初只是一家售卖饮料的亚答屋，由于顾客前来光顾时都希望可以边喝边吃点小菜，于是热爱烹饪的王太太便灵机一动煮一些小菜来卖。

“当时只卖炒啦啦、炒米粉几样菜而已。”

正是为了王清发与太太合力烹煮的住家式小菜，越来越多食客闻风而至。在一传十、十传百的情况下，王清发的食店便由一个只能容纳4、5桌的亚答屋，演变成如今足以席开50桌的海鲜餐馆。

尽管顾客有了十倍的增长，可是店家却从不让客人久等。从点菜到上菜，据说都没超过10分钟，有顾客更说，他们上菜速度快到你来不及吃呢！

《潮州蒸鱼头》— 是清海老板的拿手好菜，独家秘方的咸梅酱是这道菜的灵魂，而潮州蒸鱼最出色的地方就是汤汁丰富，既保留了原汁原味的鱼汁，又可以湿润 鱼的肉质，增添提鲜效果。

出炉的蒸鱼头美观雅洁，鱼身油滑香润，鱼肉奶白色，肉质鲜甜嫩滑，连不爱吃鱼头的人，也欲罢不能！

《鲜虾薄饼》—下锅炸至金黄香脆之后，就可以斩件上桌的鲜虾薄饼，每咬一口，酥脆的声响，总叫旁人忍受不住味觉与听觉的双重诱惑。

有别于一般市面上卷起来的薄饼，店家这种大大块的薄饼是直接用三面薄饼皮，裹住五香粉、蒜头、芹菜和鲜虾，然后就下锅炸。

原来店里的大部分菜式都是他们从小吃到大的家常菜，难怪这里的菜色，都如同家常菜一样，技法简便，成菜迅速。

在挺拔秀丽的椰树底下，在大自然绿色拥抱的乡下地方，品尝朴素简约的家乡菜，心情自然悠游自在，这种不经意地流露出来的一份旧时家乡气息，或许就是椰脚王清发海鲜最难能可贵的地方。

这里还有个特色，虽然许多菜式都非常下饭，可是店家却没有卖白饭，反而选择卖炒米粉，不过他们的炒米粉看起来尽管和经济米粉没有什么两样，但是顾客们却都齐声赞好，属于必点的菜！

这是我同事最爱吃的咖喱螃蟹，一个人就吃了四分之三分量，老板这道菜一定有其厉害之处！

    I went there yesterday.The foods are delicious.Me and my bf ordered lala,steam fish head,fired mee hoon,fried virgin chicken,prawn cracker and fried beancurd plus few glasses of herbal tea,costs less than rm55.We really enjoyed the foods.Definately I will go there again.

    昨天看了这页后，今天就去吃了。人还真的很多耶。以上的食物（除了咖喱螃蟹) 都叫来吃了。炒米粉没有传说中那么好吃。其他的还不错，那蒸鱼最棒，连汤底都几乎喝清光。
    其实并不难找，店的招牌有挂在路边，大家要细心的看哦。

    那天带家人去吃了,但没有想象中的好吃.
    尤其是炸薄饼……..可能炸很久了吧不够脆
    炒米粉…..湿湿的……不好吃.
    鸡仔卖完了吃不到…….叫炸鸡翅膀….还好.
    价格也不便宜.
    总归一句没有值得回味,想要再去吃的感觉!
    这只是纯属个人的看法.

    Taste ok, but service extremely bad. Ask them to take order also need to wait about 10minutes further the waiter waitress there all pura pura tak nampak. Food not reach in 10 minutes untill all sudah makan char bee hoon still not yet come. Need to be improved in their servicing attitude.

    I visited to this restaurant 2 weeks ago. It was really packed but luckily we found a seat without any long Q.
    Have ordered the deep fried chicken, fried beehoon (just like economy fried beehoon, fried lala (full of mud), shrimp cracker (smells oily), deep fried tau gua & fried mantis prawn for 4 of us. To be frank, the taste is not really as good as what i’ve expected after read the comments here. But not as bad though. But this is just personal comment, would recommend for a try if you never been there…

    炸童子鸡- 有点不想再吃的二口的感觉，肉干干涩涩的。 卖相也…干干瘦瘦的。
    鲜虾薄饼- 还好。
    白灼八爪鱼- 还好， 有点over cooked.
    炒啦啦- 还好.
    炒米粉-中下。没什么特色。
    蒸鱼头-新鲜，好吃。
    kalabu (mango salad) – Nice
    椰花酒-good!
    螃蟹-缺货， 没吃到。 =(

    食物嘛还不错啦。。童子鸡我一路来都不喜欢。。
    但我爱吃他的炒啦啦。。ASA虾也不错。。
    蒸鱼的汤汁也是最上口的。
    价钱就是贵所以就没带家人来吃。。。

    is not their’s fault when the lala is full of sand. My bf got one too…the last lala on plate was full of sand..we laugh! coz’ it seldom happen . . . just the lucky wan (^_^) will have it. Good Luck!

    炸童子鸡有股味道，其实并不算值得回味， KL steven corner 的 puyuh bakar 好吃多了。

    蒸鱼没话说， ichiban!!! 汤汁鲜美， 鱼肉很新鲜， 不一定要鱼头， 我ordre一大块的, 方便又好吃。

    其他的只属一般。

    炸小鸡…BEST…蒸鱼…赞…虾饼…好吃…炒米粉…普通… 饮瓶…当然大家一定要点的就是椰花酒啦。。。对我们KL人来说在那边吃是超便宜的。。。我还专程买了5枝椰花酒回KL喝超好喝的。。。！！从SG.DUA那边去比较近而且又没那么难找。。。SG.DUA天桥旁转进BAGAN LALANG比较容易找哦。。。
    (食客们如果有时间的话顺道去SG.PETANI-GURUN那条旧路吃蒸大板，如果不知道怎样去可以在SG.PETANI那边问人哦。。哈哈哈。。对不起因为我也忘了怎样去。。。)

    Your TV show on food is excellent but I think you’ve missed out a very important aspect in your show. You did not repeat the location of the restaurant that you featured. You must understand that not all viewers watch the show from the beginning. There are many who miss the beginning part unintentionally, so how do they know where and which restaurant you are talking about. On 2 occassions I watched almost 15-20 minutes of your show from midway and it left me wondering whether the featured restaurant is somewhere in Perak or in Kelantan. It is best if you can repeat the location of the featured restaurant after each commerical break for the benefit of the late-comers. Thank you and keep up your excellent work.
